About the Author

Donald H. Zeigler is a professor of law at New York Law School, where he has taught courses in civil procedure, evidence, and federal courts for more than thirty years. He is a graduate of Amherst College and Columbia University Law School. He has written extensively about the role of the federal courts and is a coauthor (with Professors Donald L. Doernberg and C. Keith Wingate) of Federal Courts, Federalism, and Separation of Powers (Thomson/West, 4th ed., 2008).
